The Management / Governing Body of HOTEL SAN ANTONIO EL REAL, S.L. (hereinafter, the data controller) assumes the utmost responsibility and commitment to establishing, implementing, and maintaining this Data Protection Policy. It ensures the continuous improvement of the data controller’s processes to achieve excellence in complying with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119/1, 04-05-2016), as well as Spanish legislation on personal data protection (Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation, and its implementing regulations).
The Data Protection Policy of HOTEL SAN ANTONIO EL REAL, S.L. is based on the principle of proactive accountability, whereby the data controller is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework governing this Policy and is capable of demonstrating such compliance to the competent supervisory authorities.
In this regard, the data controller will be guided by the following principles, which should serve as a reference framework and guide for all its personnel in the processing of personal data:

Personal data will be kept in a form that permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the personal data processing.
One of the keys to ensuring personal data protection is the training and information provided to staff involved in its processing. Throughout the information lifecycle, all personnel with access to the data will be appropriately trained and informed about their obligations regarding compliance with data protection regulations.
The Data Protection Policy of HOTEL SAN ANTONIO EL REAL, S.L. is communicated to all personnel of the data controller and made available to all interested parties.
As a result, this Data Protection Policy involves all personnel of the data controller, who must be aware of it and adopt it as their own. Each member is responsible for applying it, ensuring compliance with the applicable data protection rules related to their activities, and identifying and suggesting improvements to achieve excellence in compliance.
This Policy will be reviewed by the Management / Governing Body of HOTEL SAN ANTONIO EL REAL, S.L. as often as deemed necessary to ensure continuous compliance with current personal data protection regulations.
